New Athletic Director!

Hi All, This is Laura writing in for the last time, I was just released on Sunday and Tracey Edwards is going to be the new Athletic Director for Anoka Stake. It was great working with you all and thanks for all your help and great participation!!

Women's Football

Hi all, as we begin to go towards the end of the Volleyball season just making a post to gauge interest. I had a great idea: we could potentially have a one time, one Saturday only game of flag football, open to the ladies of SAMS athletics. Its only in the Idea phase right now but I thought it would be fun to throw it out there and see if people would be interested. Tentative details are as follows:

Crystal Building (Grassy field just across the street from the church, at "Neill Elementary")

Minor Schedule Change

Medicine Lake is off the schedule for this week, and Elk River is off also. Elm Creek has 2 games this week.

In other news heres the greatest play in Super Bowl History to get your minds ready for this weekends tough competion.

2015-2016 Tri-Stake Women's Volleyball Schedule

Hello ladies!! Here is our tournament schedule! Tournament location is Crystal building. The "ranking" doesn't really exist. I just pulled teams out of a hat and inserted them into their corresponding place. Totally random. Games have 45mins, 2 games to 25 with a tie breaking 3rd game to 15 if needed. We will have an official ref for 1 court does anyone have a husband or friend who could ref the second court? Otherwise we can do losing team is in charge of supplying a ref for the game following theirs. Any questions please let us know. Good luck to all!!

Round 1 and the first 2 games of Round 2 will be happening on Friday the 5th of February starting at 7pm. 

Games 1 and 2 - 7:00PM

Games 3 and 4 - 8:00PM

Games 5 and 6 - 9:00PM

The rest of Round 2 will start off Saturday the 6th so there are 2 teams that won't be starting tournament play until Saturday morning -  Elm Creek 2 and Anoka.

Games 7 and 8 - 8:00AM

And so on... the last game of Saturday the 6th will be at noon so that we can be finished by 1pm. If everything runs smoothly then we should get through Game 16. 

Saturday the 13th will be the final day of the tournament. Games starting at 8AM. I want to say thank you to everyone for being such awesome women. I think this has been the best season so far as far as good sportsmanship and just making this a good experience for all. Lets keep that going through the tournament.

1/23/16 Changes!

Hey Ladies!

I heard from a few teams that will be unable to participate this weekend so PLEASE Check the schedule and let your team mates know of the changes!

ALSO we will be playing at the CRYSTAL BUILDING again this weekend due to scheduling conflicts with the Anoka Stake Center!  PLEASE go to the right building!

slight schedule modification - 1/8
